I can’t access the ticketing site. I just get this message. Is anybody else getting this or does anybody know what the issue is ?

That error can be triggered if you are on a public network as well. Coffee shop, hotel wifi, free wifi services.

I had this last week, when trying to login to the site to check my points. I was using my iPad at the time. I could access the site without problem on my phone and on the laptop. I screen shot the message and sent it to the ticket office to see if they could shed any light/help, they replied saying I was either logged in on 2 devices at the same time (I wasn’t) or it was my iPad.
I’ve just tried again and all is working fine on all 3 devices …..sorry it’s not any help, other than it happened to me and seems to have righted.

I emailed the ticket office and it’s started working ok now, although I had no reply from them.
