Loyalty Points
Anyone know when points will be added on for Man United game? I’ve never really paid attention before on my own account but trying to get her over 2000 points. I thought they’d also mentioned points per home game? Cheers
Re: Loyalty Points
Should be added this week but points still haven't been added for Spurs yet or Sunderland (5 points for attending every home game).colne-claret wrote: ↑Sun Aug 31, 2025 9:31 amAnyone know when points will be added on for Man United game? Re: Loyalty Points
Spurs points have been added. They were added on the Monday after the game.
Nothing added since though - no points for Sunderland, promised 48 hours after the game, and no points for Derby.

Re: Loyalty Points
How many points will be added for attending the Derby cup tie?
In previous seasons it’s been 10 points for home cup games. I hope the current plan (not yet actioned) to add 5 points when season ticket holders attend a home fixture isn’t applied to cup ties, to me the scenarios are quite different. Season ticket holders get a big points increment to reward their purchase followed by a small extra increment for attendance. A home cup tie involves the purchase of a separate match ticket and so warrants a points increment commensurate with that factor, in my view

I’ve had the same as CT (including the duplicated addition then compensating deduction). Nothing added for attending the U21 game and only 5 points for the Derby game contrary to past practice and prior reassurances given by the club to Leisure

I got ten points for one of the U21 games last season but not the others and definitely not for any of the games I saw at Leyland and Chorley watching our under-21s.Higham_Claret wrote: ↑Mon Sep 01, 2025 1:07 pmI’ve had the same as CT (including the duplicated addition then compensating deduction). I have had two lots of 5 and one 5 deducted for the Derby game. Nothing yet for the Sunderland game is that because I am in CFS.

Now that's strange, I've had my Sunderland points - just checked with a family member who goes in the cricket field stand and he's not had points for Sunderland either.Cardclaret wrote: ↑Mon Sep 01, 2025 1:25 pmI have had two lots of 5 and one 5 deducted for the Derby game. Re: Loyalty Points
Re U21 games eligible for loyalty points, I had assumed it was only for games at the Turf where they have the means to scan QR codes and register attendance directly into their system. That was just my presumption rather than based on anything I’ve read or heard

Re: Loyalty Points
As I stated earlier in this thread, I would argue that 10 points for attending a home cup tie is both more appropriate and consistent with past practice

Re: Loyalty Points
Courtesy of email responses from the club to a friend, it has been confirmed that attendance at home games this season will see only 5 loyalty points credited per fixture. This spans Premier League games, first team cup ties and U21 fixtures. It’s my presumption that the latter is only for U21 fixtures on the Turf (it may apply to U18s too).

Indeed, none allocated as yet for the recent U21 game against Dirty Leeds
Re: Loyalty Points
I’m in the same boat. I thought you got points for selling on the exchange? Hopefully it maybe that they haven’t been processed yet.bfcfan1882 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 01, 2025 2:28 pmNothing for Sunderland. Ticket listed on the ticket exchange due to being on holiday.

Re: Loyalty Points
How do you check which games your points are for?
Ive had 30 loyalty points added to my total today but how do I find the breakdown of which games they have been for?

Thanks.
It’s not a huge issue as I’ve made £26 back from selling it but wouldn’t turn down five loyalty points if they came my way

Re: Loyalty Points
Still no loyalty points added for attending the recent U21 fixture on the Turf. I would have expected all points to be updated prior to selling ticket for Man City away. That this hasn’t been done strongly suggests the club doesn’t intend rewarding U21 attendees for that fixture

Re: Loyalty Points
They allocated points for the first of the U21 games on the Turf last season but none for subsequent games. I was told they'd been allocated in error for the one when we did receive points.Higham_Claret wrote: ↑Mon Sep 08, 2025 9:53 amStill no loyalty points added for attending the recent U21 fixture on the Turf. Re: Loyalty Points
A mate of ours who sometimes comes to away games with us once he got his points for Man Utd it put him on 2005 points.
He said he was going to come City with us, when we tried for him this morning it said we couldn't buy 1 for him as he didn't meet the criteria of 2000 points.
He has rung the ticket office 3 times and no answer despite his call being very important to them and emailed them with no reply. We have ended up waiting until tomorrow to get them all together.

And despite what they might say, his call was not important to them at all, the lack of responses from calls and emails is shocking.
Re: Loyalty Points
Before they started giving out 5 points for attending games, 2000+ points was 2010. Wonder if that still applies?claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Mon Sep 08, 2025 4:47 pmA mate of ours who sometimes comes to away games with us once he got his points for Man Utd it put him on 2005 points.

Re: Loyalty Points
I just don’t understand why they would offer 5 points extra loyalty points for each home game attended to season ticket holders in three stands but not the other. Also they have restrictions on season tickets for younger concessions, don’t get a season card and all this having had their seats moved without any consultation.

No points when everyone else gets them? What's that about?
Two tier treatment.
Really not impressed with it all.

My nephew is in there and his seat is much worse than the one he had previously. I’m still trying to work out why they have done this. We know it’s not for the fans benefit but as yet I can’t think of any reason why although there will be one.mybloodisclaret wrote: ↑Tue Sep 09, 2025 12:00 amYep, I know Tony.
