€25 for season ticket flat fee.
Then if club wins you pay an extra €10, €5 for a draw and nothing for a loss.
Plus you get a new, free, home shirt if you buy a season ticket before June 12th.
The club has also capped the final cost at €160.
Sunderland fans would've saved loads of money this season

£10 a win or £5 a draw, but capped at £160 max in total, so there's your answer.

If we could have had an "away" season ticket, not much

Logistics of collecting the money would be a nightmare
Pay on way out. Got no cash left or bank account is empty and card declined

Or their season ticket doesn't work at the next game...
not that difficult to implement.

You could pay into the equivalent of an escrow account i.e. an account where you pump in, say, £400 at the start of the season and a third party administers the debits.
