Weird that the club are turning away ST holders. Makes no sense

Tell them that they're from Newcastle and hey presto !!!

Seriously, are they registered as your family and friends ? That should help.

You probably need to switch them to their Clarets Numbers.

They don’t make it easy do they with the online systems?

I've never done it, but can't you register a new account on the online ticketing system?

I'll be honest, I avoid the only system and go down to the ticket office, but I realise that's not possible for a lot of people.

"Fit for purpose" is not an description that can be ascribed to our online
ticketing facility.

There is, however, a word ending in "it" but it has 4 letters.

I'd phone if I were you and tell them how crap the online system is. They should be able to sort it over the phone.

What is the point in trying to ration and by the same token brass off loyal supporters
I have had a collection of ST since 1987 every season
At times just me but up to four of us as at present and now trying to make it six

And then when you ring the ticket office there is no one available to take your call
Just makes me want to give up
This is an absolute shambles
HAVING GOT A CLARETS NUMBER MY PARTNER CAN ONLY BUY A ST FOR HERSELF NOT HER SON
Impossible to register him as he has no email address

Why do you think it would be possible to buy online if you have no email address? All businesses that do online sales that need to trace customers require that are the very least.

Some people just moan when the world doesn't bend to their own personal timetable

We are talking about buying a ticket for a child who hasnt an email address or phone for Pete's sake.
When I buy my grandkids things on line I am not restricted in what i buy or have to submit an email for them
It is a poor system and will put people off. I have finally managed to sort the tickets but it has taken well over three hours
of emails phone calls time on line

I am pleased that you have got it sorted, however, what a ridiculous carry on when you remember how quickly and efficiently Elaine sorted you out with the last minor problem you had, and that involved three different people!
