Bet365

Post by Commy » Wed Aug 02, 2023 11:32 am

As i'm not a big gambler I used to deposit £10 and have a bet on us or occasionally on a horse. I liked doing the multiple bets when there were a few midweek games. Not that I won much. I went to put my £10 in to have a little flutter on a race at Goodwood and it wouldn't let me as they have now put the minimum deposit to £25. Did me a favour as the horse was in reality a donkey. My £10's might not amount to a lot but I wonder how many people, like me, will now stop using them. It could be because they have actually spent money on Stoke's transfer period this season and they are trying to make it up by forcing us to lose more .

Suspect it changes by payment method…. PayPal notoriously expensive as a payment method, so might have a higher minimum

It was £10 last time I used PayPal, now £25. I didn't try my card though. I will give it a go next time.

As said it’s £5 with your debit card.
The £25 with PayPal is directly a result of how much they charge the retailers.if you are not a big gambler then £25 is a lot for you to have as a minimum deposit - especially if that tempts you to increase your stakes.
B365 are normally one of the best bookies when it comes to minimum deposits and minimum withdrawals. Both £5 if your payment method is a debit card whereas the likes of skybet are £10 for deposits and withdrawals.

Best policy for me has always put in the minimum and take out any winnings as soon as they exceed a fiver.

I won £17,000 a couple of years ago on a bet builder in a Liverpool v City game on Bet365, I withdrew the money and got it but my account with Bet365 has been suspended ever since.

SkyBet is £10 minimum for withdrawal but you can deposit a minimum of £5 via debit card.

I updated my debit card and deposited a tenner with Bet 365 just yesterday. I have no problem with them, I use them for the vast majority of my bets.

Most debit card withdrawals are instant now - unless they're chunky (>£500) numbers
