Pre-printed ticket prices for Forest cup game.. is it just me?

Received 3 tickets for this game from the ticket office posted to my address in Rugby that I happily paid £15 each for.
On receipt, all 3 tickets are marked at £10 each!
I pointed this out to the ticket office, who were kind enough to explain to me the season ticket holder/member and non member price structure, saying the Forest ticket office had priced all tickets at £10.
I thanked the Burnley ticket office for their prompt reply, but explained, under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, it is illegal to charge a higher price when a lower price is clearly displayed. They responded by telling me they had informed the Nottingham Forest ticket office!
This has really ****** me off! Am I just a moaning old bugger with nothing better to do with my time?

To be honest, I would have questioned it too……if you have a ticket with s £10 price on it, why have you been charged £15?? No amount of BS from the ticket office can make that right!

It must have happened to others, or did all the tickets go to season ticket holders or members?
