Clarets+ Listen Live ????

Can anyone explain how to do this? I have logged in to my account, put in my credit card details, had a confirmation email, but when I try to find the commentary it all becomes a mystery. But I do end up with a screen showing: 'Available packages to follow Burnley' which doesn't allow me to discover anything. I can also find a Kick Off screen showing the run-up time to the match and a 'Follow Live' invitation, but of course that doesn't mean anything until the match starts. I am no wiser as to whether it will play commentary or not. Can anyone help?

From memory, you go to the following link and sign in:

https://www.burnleyfootballclub.com/packages

Then nearer kick-off a "LIVE" button will appear at the top of the page to click on. It won't appear until the commentary is live though.

Could be wrong, it's been a while since I've used it.

If you press the ClaretsPlayer icon in the top right hand corner of the app, assuming your account is linked to it, a live audio commentary link should be available from about 15 mins before kick off.

Thanks whiffa, tried this and still don't get a choice, just my personal details displayed on the screen. I was a member some years ago, but gave it up in frustration, was hoping things had been sorted now.

Hi Jegun, assume you are listening to Phil Bird's dulcet tones now. There is no charge for audio commentary this season - might have been the same last season, also. Easiest way to connect is from the email that the club sends out before the match. Important to wait until 15 minutes before kick-off, nothing there before then. Sometimes this season there have been "glitches" - gaps in commentary. Don't worry if it goes silent at half-time. That's how it operates.
