FAO North West Wales Clarets - Cardiff

Post by Blue Skies » Thu Aug 01, 2024 5:53 pm

I have carelessly lost my car by retiring and currently living in North Wales. Is there anyone out there travelling to the Cardiff game from the area. I can get to anywhere on the A55 corridor. Just a hope. Cheers

Thanks Pete, struggling for this one a lift back would do but I don't think my regular driver would detour on her way back to Wolvo plus DB would have a good moan as well. No Accy Clarets coach from Anglesey? :D :D

Thanks Spike, I worked a route by train. It's difficult and five hours but I have done worse over the years. It's getting home that becomes the issue. Cheers

You might need a better title to the thread

Why don't you put a plea out to the small aircraft pilots who fly from Caernarfon Airport.
Good chance one will be flying to Blackpool or somewhere in the North West with a train station.

Check if there's a Facebook group or similar.

I know Bank of Dave regularly flies there and back in his helicopter.

Hi,
I won't be going to Cardiff. But I live in Trelawnyd near Caerwys. My son lives in St Asaph so if you are stuck getting to the Turf we can probably help. We go to most of the home games, I'm sure we could help out.

Don't want to put my number on here. Perhaps the mods could fwd my email or supply yours?

Ian
