Help- Tickets

Post by G0foste » Fri Aug 16, 2024 5:50 pm

Hi,

I am trying to setup a Burnely accounts for my wife who already has a clarets nbr and loyaly points.

When I create an new account it, it doesn't give the option to add an existing clarets nbr and insteads creates a new account with a brand new clarets nbr.

Any idea on what I need to do?

Best advice is to contact the ticket office (somehow)

It’s an issue we also have with my nephew. He’s had a ST for a number of years but he seems to have 2 numbers.

His correct number is linked to my F&F with correct points so when I get his tickets he gets the points yet when log into his account, it’s a different number with 0 points, but his dad is going to have to sort that when back from hols

It sounds like they’re not added on to your ticketing account yet?

To do that, you need to log in to your account and click on VIEW ACCOUNT MENU.

Next, click on ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and then the Network tab.

After that, click on ADD MEMBERS. This should allow you to input the relevant Clarets number and surname and then click on search.

It should (hopefully!) find their account. Finally you just need to click on the ADD button.

Now when you go to buy tickets you can select multiple and then allocate to the relevant family member (worked for me the other day getting Sunderland tickets anyway). Good luck!
