Post by knclaret » Thu Dec 05, 2024 12:18 pm

Is anyone else having the same problem

Yep, I found that yesterday.

The ability to resell tickets for the midweek games when living a long way away is vital for season ticket holders, now that more and more matches are moved to midweek (Mondays and Fridays too). I wouldn’t renew without it.

Had the same thing.

Haven't looked into it at all but my assumption was they won't let us do it when they've still got their own tickets to sell.

Would be daft because their own tickets are in the unpopular areas whereas the exchanged tickets are in plum locations, so I bet the club’s income becomes bigger that way, even if they do give us a credit back. They do after all sell the ticket again for more than double what they give us back.

I think it only shows one game at a time.
I'd expect it to become available after Fridays game

I did wonder that when I looked yesterday, however, when you know you can’t make the Tuesday night game you need as much available time as possible in the hope they’ll be sold, a little unfair to wait until after Friday nights game.

I've reported this issue to the Club and will post again when I've received a reply.

Has anyone on this message board actually sold a ticket through the exchange for a midweek game this season?

Just had a response from the Club that according to them the ticket exchange is live for the Derby game. They've asked that anyone having problems should contact them for them to be able to investigate the problem.

I had the same issue with the Preston game, you can't sell it until after the previous home game.
