Ewood Parking
Any idea where to park at Ewood? I was on the coach last time and have no idea where to park safely.

Re: Ewood Parking
I parked at the Premier Inn M65 J4 last time - I think I paid on "YourParkingSpace" app - cost about £3 and 15 minute walk

Re: Ewood Parking
Championship winning game in 2023, I parked about a 15 min walk away on side streets just off Branch Road in Little Darwen. Plenty of Clarets parked up there, and home fans too with no trouble. I’ll be going there again. Easy to get to motorway to get back to Preston too.

Re: Ewood Parking
I live in Darwen so it will be a wife taxi for me. Avoid the area from the motorway to the ground as all the streets are resident parking only.
Lower Darwen is a decent shout if you get there in good time, around what used to be Uncle Jacks pub, now a much nicer bar and food place.
From there it's about 10 minutes to the ground..

I'll be walking down from my house on Old Farmside, about 10 minutes walk. Please feel free to park there so we can outnumber my neighbours

Re: Ewood Parking
Lower Darren is indeed the place .
Rovers stable their horses at the other end of the ground

Re: Ewood Parking
I also parked in Lower Darwen. Quite inconspicuous with just my little one and no colours. I can't see any reason for any of the types that go looking for bother to be up there and made for a quick exit after the game as well. Just a 15 minute walk.

Re: Ewood Parking
The amazing thing from 2023, was when you are walking to the ground, keeping a low profile with hardly anybody talking on the streets to the ground you realise after the game that most of us were Clarets anyway!!!
The amount walking back down Branch Road after the celebrations were over was ridiculous, loads parked in that area.
I remember a car park on Branch Road near the ground was selling spaces for about £5, get there early and you'll be fine, think the estate was Scotshaw Brook Industrial Estate.
As has been seen from the last three games since the ridiculous bubble travel was ended, keep your gob shut, don't act like a dick and the day will pass off peacefully. Avoid this simple advice, get yourself into bother and a custodial sentence may well await, it's not worth the risk.

Re: Ewood Parking
Exactly that. I managed to walk and chat to some Rovers fans from the Premier Inn all the way to the ground - shook hands when we got there and wish each other the best. That’s how it should be surely.
