Burnley website calls itself Bradford City
Whilst trying to find an email address to complain about the pitch side camera totally blocking the view of the Jimmy Mac goal for the 2nd Game in a row . Note this has been our season ticket seat for 10 years plus and the camera is now positioning himself at the top of the slope blocking the view .

Re: Burnley website calls itself Bradford City
Note these seats aren’t sold as restricted view they are full price season tickets
I wrote to the club after the Sunderland game and got no response. I have sent a reminder and also contacted them again after last nights game. Note it’s not only me it must effect a number of people on the first two rows around the half way line

You were lucky. I had nothing obstructing my view last night.

Ask for a full refund and to be reseated in new position - best done in person and in a polite but loud voice

The camera position is an issue we have noticed. As the location changes slightly from week to week based on the requests of broadcaster, we would suggest clients speak to security at the game if they are unhappy with the view and we can look to relocate them into contingency seats.
The Bradford City reference has been removed, and our legal team is reviewing this part of the website to rewrite any part that need updating.

Looking at that photo the "contingency" seats appear to be in directors box so whilst you are in there can you tell AP to buy a striker.Leisure wrote: ↑Thu Jan 30, 2025 12:58 pmResponse from the Club -

There will be dancing in the streets of Psrk Avenue, Bradford tonight when MDWat, DCWat and long time Bradfordian jdrobbo see the influence their main city club is having on Burnley.
Great day in the parish for some of our Yorkie glory hunters.
