According to their ticketing site you can buy one if you are in one of the three following categories

Charlton Athletic Ticket Holder

Birmingham v Wycombe and Orient v Charlton that day so can't really see them heading to Dumpdale .

They played Charlton and Wycombe in round 3 and 4 so those that attended those games can buy tickets. Not worded very well.
