As I've said countless times, I've reset his password countless times and each time afterwards there has been no attempt to login. Nothing else I can do.

I’d read that previously but as an elderly gentleman possibly he is password confused, that is why I suggested he re-registered with new username. I appreciate you have been doing your best for him

Sorry but I gave him the simplest of passwords but he made no attempt to use them.
