No immediate return for injured quartet
Sean Dyche was able to confirm the good news that Phil Bardsley will be a Burnley player for a further year but confirmed that Jeff Hendrick is leaving the club whilst also adding that none of the four injured players will be fit for tomorrow’s game against Watford.
Wide players Jόhann Berg Guðmundsson and Robbie Brady, along with strikers Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood, were all ruled out of our game at Manchester City and none of them will be in the squad for tomorrow night’s game against Watford.
Dyche revealed that Guðmundsson has trained today with Brady maybe ready to return next week. Wood hasn’t trained as yet while Barnes is the longer term issue.
Other than the return of Bardsley, the squad is likely to be the one that featured at the Etihad Stadium.
