Third win in four for youths

The under-18s were in action at Gawthorpe yesterday and beat Wolves 1-0 to make it three wins and a draw from the last four games.
It’s been a good run since the unfortunate defeat against Nottingham Forest three weeks ago and this latest win came courtesy of a goal just before the hour from midfielder Will Hugill (pictured) with his second league goal of the season, the other coming in a 3-1 win at Stoke back in November.
With a number of young players now having been released, it was an unfamiliar line up and that started in goal with Harry Moss playing for the first time in months having spent a long period of time out injured. He made his mark on the game too with a penalty save.
The teams were;
Burnley: Harry Moss, Tosin Olopade (Ruairi Behan 85), Nathan James, Benn Ward, Dane McCullough, Keelan Williams, Joe Bauress, Will Hugill, Kade Ratchford, Rohan Vaughan Trevon Bryan 67), Ryan Tioffo (Joe Ashton 75). Sub not used: Charlie Casper.
Wolves: James Storer, Aaron Keto-Diyawa, Marvin Kaleta, Kamran Kandola, Caden Voice, Hayden Carson (Lennon Paterson 57), Ty Barnett, Mason Rees (Josh Esen 85), Finlay Ashworth (Mackenzie Bradbury 76), Owen Farmer, Nathan Frazer. Subs not used: Stanley Amos, Clarke Bradon.
