1516 burnley sam vokes 00 630x420Sam Vokes has again been called up by Chris Coleman for their two friendly internationals next week as they build up to the Euros this summer, the first time Wales have qualified for a major tournament since the World Cup in Sweden in 1958.

Sam, who has now won 37 caps, has played six times since coming back from injury just over a year ago and will be looking to cement his place in the summer. They face two games next week against Northern Ireland, who have included Danny Lafferty in their squad, and Ukraine.

The first of the games, against Northern Ireland, will be played at the Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday 24th March and they’ll then travel to face Ukraine in Kiev on the following Monday.

Coleman has named the following 26 players.
