Burnley have reportedly had two offers turned down for Leeds United striker Chris Wood with the Championship club quickly offering the New Zealander a new contract.

However, the Daily Mirror are reporting that we’ve got our man after making a third offer they believe to be valued at £15 million plus add ons.

The Mirror claims that Sean Dyche had told the Burnley board that Wood was his number one target to replace the departed Andre Gray. Wood is currently with the Leeds squad in the North East in preparation for their game at Sunderland but the Mirror believes he will travel to Burnley later today for his medical prior to the deal being confirmed.
