Re: Administration?
Basically, “the group” will give them money if necessary. I think the group has more cash than we realise. I always tread carefully when someone starts a sentence with “Basically”, usually means they are pretending to be an expert in a field they have little expertise. I stand to be corrected NewCl...

Hey fellow Clarets. Looking for a favour for a fellow Claret who is travelling over from Ireland and will be in London this weekend. Re: Wach BFC games in NZ
Yeah, that's what I thought - so to watch all our games you'll need to subscribe to both Sky Sports Now and Clarets+ which comes to around $700 per year. Bit of an increase from the $255 we paid for Spark Sport last season  Completely agree mate. That’s why I recommend trying to get a friend w...

Hey Christchurch Claret, (cheers Tony for the heads up) Best way is going to be through the club website as far as I can see. This casting of Pace as an innocent businessman who just happened to stumble across a good deal is absolutely bizarre. Completely agree with what you are saying, but he has no ties to the club or area and saw an opportunity. It’s a risk/gamble that he is more than happy to take considering the cash...

Yank venture capitalists are exactly what they say on the tin.
Mike Garlick claims to be a supporter but sold the club to the highest bidder to line his own pockets, despite knowing what it means to the town, community and surrounding areas, and knew exactly how risky the buyout was.

We won't get £77.5m for Pope, Cornet and McNeil and I wouldn't be assuming we have £50m in the bank. Absolutely. Can you imagine clubs paying that sort of money to us knowing we have quite obvious cash flow issues? All the power will be in the buyers hands. E.g as good as Pope is, we all know you c...

I think football wise, you can argue that Pace made a big call with dyche, but I think it’s much bigger than that. Football managers come and go and competition means that relegation is always a possibility. Ups and downs are part and parcel of the game we love. More debt round the clubs shoulders t...
