Mrs Trevor and myself both suffer and both suffer at the same time. We have know idea why but if one of us says the tinnitus is bad today t’other will always say “so’s mine”.
We have noticed we suffer more when cold so even with the radiators on I have no shame in sitting in a woolly hat.
