There's a similar picture somewhere of a fan on the Bee Hole during a snow storm. Think it may have been Exeter at home in the mid 80s. It may also have been the day that the pies were still frozen at half time.

Cowritten with Jane Wiedlin of the GoGos. Seem to recall it was about a fling they had while the bands were touring together. Features June Miles-Kingston on drums and vocals. Always regarded her as a much underrated singer. A cracking tune and a fitting tribute. RIP Terry.

Yes, think they built up the Bee Hole end when they constructed the new stands to level it off a bit. Maybe done additional work when new pitc...

I get that it appears to be higher at the Cricket Field end as it has been built up at that end. What I can't get my head round, is why you would build the pitch up as it is, for there to be a slope in the opposite direction. There must have been a slope towards the Cricket Field at some point whic...

Wycombe 4 Burnley 1, followed up the next season with Wycombe 5 Burnley 0. Living in London as a kid I didn't get to many matches. This was our closest one, 10 goals in 2 games, not bad... and on the night of that 5-0 drubbing, the main entertainment was Selwyn v Rocky in a bout of "sumo wrestling"...
