Ref looked to say "didn't play the ball" to me, but I could be wrong.
He slides in, misses the ball, gets the player. It's a penalty for me.

The AR will presumably have been going off the guidance given to him by the ref in what officials call the "pre-match". This is where the ref explains their expectations for the assistants. It's mostly the same every week, from my experiences, but with one or two subtle differences at times. Also re...

Re: Ai to replace redundant linesmen
As a level 5 / 3W ref, I do my fair share of AR duty, including in Burnley womens' league. ARs are given a "pre-match" where the ref outlines his / her expectations - this is what you try to stick to during the game, and this can vary from ref to ref, albeit with some big similarities. This usually ...

I think if "dry January" helps people to think about what they're drinking and if it's good for them, then that's a positive thing?

I don't get to many games these days, and had booked me and my three kids tickets for this one.
Don't think I can make the new day/time.
Is it easy to get a refund? I paid using my shares sale/gold card.
Thanks in advance.
