Email the ticket office, ideally with your old clarets number, address at the time etc, that said its only pts accumulated from the last 5 years now on a rolling basis so if it's points earned from before then it may be moot

They updated the little blurb to acknowledge those were outstanding which hints at soon..... their own rule is 6 weeks before as a minimum but you would hope sooner than that.
