Email the ticket office, ideally with your old clarets number, address at the time etc, that said its only pts accumulated from the last 5 years now on a rolling basis so if it's points earned from before then it may be moot

They updated the little blurb to acknowledge those were outstanding which hints at soon..... their own rule is 6 weeks before as a minimum but you would hope sooner than that.

That previously wasted space was there for the away team coach when it used to be the players' entrance and in more recent years it has been needed because of all the security checks for away fans.
