I’ve made my decision also having heard the podcast. I’m going to adjust my schedule and head straight to Burnley Cricket Club, where I have never been before a game in 30 years. Then straight into the ground at 2:30 instead of to the Fan Zone. The cricket club are a longstanding local business too...

Relocate to where though? View comparison. Top one being the new one taken from my future seat by a Wolves fan, the bottom one is the seat I paid for. You've absolutely no legal right to a specific seat. There's no legal consequences to this at all. I get that it's upset a few, but sometimes disruption to a few improves things for a wider population. They'll get over their seat moving 30 yards I think mis-selling would come into the argument here...
