Re: Sunday info

Away from the ground, if you're travelling in from out of town, down the M65 from the west, avoid J9 like the plague. The roadworks on Accy Road/Rosegrove Lane/Rossendale Road are absolutely shocking. Today the temporary traffic lights were permanently on red for at least 2, if not all, of the roads...

Re: How can this happen ?

I would have thought, with all this farting about with tickets this season, that it was nigh on impossible to do this. Looks like they've got it all wrong unless, as alluded to above, the club is the one flouting the regs Whatever the answer, it should just not be happening, especially with today's ...

Peter Bonetti, "The Cat", didn't really cover himself in glory whilst guardian of the English net.

He was, however, very well respected in the Chelsea rank and file.

Joao Mendes

Joao Mendes, son of Brazil and Barcelona legend Ronaldinho, is leaving Burnley with the 20-year-old winger set to join Hull City's under-21s set-up. (Hull Daily Mail, external)

Credit to Andorra for putting up a creditable performance and working very hard right to the very end. Must be hard work, and soul destroying chasing shadows and getting nowhere for 90 minutes.

Credit where it's due.
