at this point, probably easier just to list the handful of players that haven't signed with us...
I've liked the signings but we can only play 11 and will need depth: it looks like we are doing the shotgun approach. hoping that a couple of people will star, and then be sold for a huge profit.

I think that Humphreys might slot into the LCB if Esteve leaves. Pires was ok but I think he would be exposed defensively in the PL.

when I came in march 2024, probably one of the first things I noticed was this motel and it looked terrible. The only good thing was that it was a great visual land marker in case I got lost.

I could see wrexham fans feeling that the essence of their club has changed since they were bought by the movie stars. I don’t think burnley will ever need to worry about that: i found the fans and town very genuine and can’t see it being spoiled .

Things recovering slowly… hurricane Helene hit the mountains of north Carolina pretty badly (which is unheard of)…. But things are slowly returning to normal but a long way to go for a lot of places around here.

bayern finished 18 points off of first. They will not want a stop-gap manager, nor will they give someone time to assemble their squad or develop their style of play. Kompany is not the answer but if they thrown an obscene amount of money at us, he'll leave.

American sports teams just don't have this kind of worry: teams are guaranteed income, don't have to worry about relegation, usually getting public funding for stadiums, and if things go sour, frequently up and move the franchise to another city, who sweeten the deal ...

The NFL is about parity, and its amazing the lengths they go to to ensure that (hard salary cap, draft picks, easier schedules for teams). . Even the worst run organizations can still make a playoff appearance.
