Re: O/T........EVs
Seems like the gist of this thread is that if you just toddle about a bit on a daily basis, an EV is ideal, but if you want to do some substantial mileage (without having to wait around for a few hours) an EV becomes much more of an issue. I’d say it completely depends on your journey profile, your...

The football isn't great, but we're playing for fine margins. If we had nicked a goal in two of those 10 0-0s we'd be top of the league. If we'd have been offered this on the first day of the season I'm sure 99% of people would have snapped the hand off. I'm sure bit of patience and all will be wel...

I don’t think OAP’s are going up are they? Yes, I have deep sympathy for the poster above but, being honest, over four seasons turning from 18 (an adult), it’s not too much different than I’d expect. 21 seems a fair age to end the concessions since most will be through full time education by that p...

Re: Season ticket prices frozen
Apparently only affects 253 people. There used to be a 18-22 category, which was removed this season. It might only be 253 people, but they are the same 253 people that got hammered with a 46% increase last season. So an 18 year old has gone from 2022-23 - £99 23/24 -£145 24/25 - £246 25/26 - £520 ...

Under 22 has been removed and will be under 21 only. Where is this information coming from? Seen nothing. This being the case I’ll have been hammered twice in 2 seasons. My twins were 19 at time of last renewal and were hit with a 46% uplift from previous year. Now, they will be 20 at time of renew...

Re: Marsden Park Golf Course
Too many blind holes for my liking. At Marsden or Clitheroe? The blind holes at Marsden (5th, 6th and 12th) are only really blind if you take the trees on. The 18th is sort of blind but you can see the fairway where you should be hitting it. It’s only a left or right miss hit that becomes blind.
