Re: Glastonbury 2023
Surely you realise how blinkered that comment is? According to the public and, more importantly, the other acts they were clearly the outstanding performers on the day. If your not a Queen fan that is your right but don’t deny them their day. I’m not denying them anything .. I don’t think they or t...

Re: Glastonbury 2023
Do you know when QUEEN stole the show at Live Aid and were streets ahead of any other act…Elton did that tonight by knocking spots off each and every act that went before him this Glastonbury Festival weekend. He was absolutely incredible. I love this sort of comment - Queen stole the show ? Only i...

Re: Summer transfer window 2023 - rumours, links and discussion.
And tell him he is my favourite ever Burnley manager I rarely talk football with football people … I find many of them like to talk about my subject when I tell them what I do. Suits me - I watch football as a fan . I don’t pretend to be a tactical expert , and on that basis I wouldn’t want to be t...

It wasn't directed at you , sorry you interpreted it that way which I understand because you asked the question. So many snipers around I have to have all rooftops covered . Re: Summer transfer window 2023 - rumours, links and discussion.
This may read like it's ' Off the Wall' , however..... In our last PL season despite the absolutely awful way we played, Brownhill had a 'golden' spell at home against Liverpool and another top team I can't remember. He simply bossed the midfield in both second halves. Scouts don't forget players l...

Re: Summer transfer window 2023 - rumours, links and discussion.
You never know in football , I don't think we need them but then I don't know anything about how the money people at the club think. I think it would send out a certain message and if it happened that way it would be another bit of the development of the club that would take time to get used to. In...

Re: Friendlies
If they think there's an advantage to playing friendlies without fans I think that's fine (a little bit of a shame, but worth it), but it does absolutely no harm to communicate. True enough .. but as far as I know nothing is set in stone as yet. Venues and whether or not fans are going to be allowe...

Re: Friendlies
What is the issue with the club on all this? If they don't want any supporters there announce behind closed doors. Communication let us down on all this. Truely farcical. Not even the people usually in the know like CT have a clue. If they don’t want supporters there .. then why announce it until i...

Re: Friendlies
If correct the middle one is a change of club and venue - which is entirely possible - and the last one a change of venue which again is entirely possible and given our previous experience with a team from that nation might be understandable

Sport or game is an argument that runs and runs with some pastimes … I play old rules Subbuteo , using only genuine equipment made by Subbuteo, which I’m actually pretty good at and I’ve got a few trophies from events around the UK to back that statement up … others mainly modern rules players often...
