Does anyone else think we did absolutely the right thing here. Josh has tried and to some extent failed in the Prem. With the players we’ve now got I’m not sure he makes the first 11. He would have been our highest paid player so his wages have been repurposed particularly well on the surface at lea...

Re: Guardian has us finishing 20th
Nearly every pundit has us finishing rock bottom. I don’t agree. We have a much better balanced squad than last time. Also I think the overall quality of the first 11(assuming the strongly rumoured players materialise) is much higher. Add to that growing turmoil at a number of clubs and I really thi...

I'm not sure how else to say I think we need a number 9, just that we have to be careful spending big money on people that won't necessarily improve the first IX. Also "for context", Foster has 5 in 24 in the premier league, and 3 assists. I'm not his greatest fan, but there's not much evidence to ...

I’ve been on it 3 months and lost 32lbs. I’ve dieted before and around this time I would be obsessed with all the things I wasn’t having. On MJ that is simply not a thing. I am ok with as few changes as possible. A proper no 9 and this season’s loans and renewals being given new contracts would be fine. We made the mistake last time of wholesale changes. Yes we don’t have a squad of prem players but quite a few who are young enough to possibly grow into it.

All the stats in the world stop working when you are down to so few games. It doesn’t matter if we’ve only lost 2 in 42. We could lose the next two very easily. Having said that character does matter. I couldn’t have hoped for a calmer manager and a more together squad. Those things matter at this p...

Our recruiting last time round was nothing short of criminal. Lots of money in all the wrong places. Dumping the players who go us there. If we’d have spent wiser (and been a bit more fortunate with injuries) we would have stayed up.

Best odds are often on the goalscorer market as “no goalscorer”. Why you ask? Because o.g. get ignored by most bookies on goalscorer markets so 1-0 with an o.g. still counts as a winning bet.
