I can't see that happening now. Who’d of thought players like Ivan Toney and Liam Delap would be premier league level after their performances in the championship. I’d much rather spend 15-20m on a proven championship goalscorer with English experience than risking it on someone from say Belgium or Dutch leagues I think the club ...

I certainly don't think I am. People are over-worrying with 6 weeks to sign players and ship players out - many of which happen at the end of the window, especially with loans.

I also read a report in the Independent earlier that suggested Newcastle might call our bluff and wait until the winter transfer window. Not sure how that makes sense. We don't have any need to do any bluffing. We don't appear to be in dire need to sell him this window, so if the offer isn't enough ...
