Season tickets Cricket Field Stand

Hi leisure please could you tell me who in the club has told you this?
I can then ask the ticket office to contact them as I was told yesterday I could not have a plastic card. I was given a printed paper ticket and told that if my digital season ticket was not sorted prior to the Liverpool match I would have to go to the ticket office on a non match day to get a paper ticket printed.

I haven't had any email for mine or my sons season ticket yet for cricketfield stand? I have been on the club website & our 2 tickets are there for the Sunderland game, but NO option to download only allows to forward or sell on the ticket exchange. Should I be worried?

Is anyone still waiting for the e-mail for their season ticket?

Me and a couple of friends who sit/stand together haven't received anything yet. It shows online a ticket is available for Sunderland but I can only put it on the ticket exchange or forward to a friend.

I really cannot do with the hassle of going to the ticket office tomorrow to sort out an issue that has been created due to their incompetence.

I'm in the exact same situation. Shocking how an email can't be sent to all the Cricket Field Stand season ticket holders at the same time.

Mentioned on the other thread that I haven’t received anything yet… mine has just come through, but my other 2 tickets that I pay for haven’t been recieved.

IF anyone who reads this is in block 11 looks like we won't be getting into the ground guys! They have sent the digital tickets to us, but there are NO QR codes on the tickets, they just have you're seat number & block on them, which will obviously not gain you entry into the stadium. I pointed this out yesterday morning & was told they are aware of the issue & it would be sorted yesterday afternoon & resent out correctly, but nothing arrived, so I emailed again this morning & still haven't had a reply or been sent the correct tickets? I'm thinking its more than likely going to be paper tickets & a massive queue on Saturday now, as I can't get down there before then. Please all check you're digital tickets, just to make sure you are not in the same boat guys!

They said yesterday that it was block 11 that they are having issues with regarding the QR code not being on the digital tickets. Last chance to sort tomorrow or queue it is on Saturday.

Had another mail at about 7pm tonight, with the digital ticket again - this time I could download it, so I’m hoping everyone else is OK too
