Hey, remember this complaint of yours when i posted about what this topic is actually about? You know, the blimp?

Anyway, tell me more about how Brexit and forum demographics are relevant to this thread but that my post about the Trump blimp isn't.

I do realise that yes, but it doesn't detract from the fact that the views on this board (a Burnley forum) are totally out of sync with Burnley itself, which most people would think is a little odd.

The thread tailed off, duh. Mostly thanks to yourself.

I was quite happy to keep it balloon war related.

Imagine using an example of a supposed leftie wanting England to lose as evidence that the left hate the UK. Now imagine using that example to a leftie jock who wants them to win, as if that doesn't completely contradict your dumb assertion.

It doesn't matter anyway, the game was rigged from the start.

They never have any real intention if making a break from Brussells, at the end of the day when all the money men and politicians want one thing and the working class want another, there is only ever going to be one result.

The working class voted for remain mate

The pensioners voted for the future of our country in the biggest numbers

People who told you to vote for this shitstorm made an absolutely shed load of money out of it. That not reported on whatever news network you rely on these days?

It amazes me that people on the left can support an organisation that places huge tariff’s in African farmers just to protect the interests of European farmers. An organisation that bans direct investment in industries under state subsidies. But hey with the fudge what they have come up with no one will benefit.
As for the blimp it is pretty childish.

The UK now has to forge trade deals with new partners so upsetting the leader from the wealthiest nation is not a great start

1.) When you and I went to vote, nobody asked our age, they asked leave/remain that's it.
2.) All the demonstrations I've seen recently against Brexit have been almost entirely made up of old white people.
3.) It does sound like you have a problem with that tbh.

These are a few tariffs that the U.K. has to apply on products from Nigeria,
15% tariffs on live animals
26% on meat and edible meat offal
31% on dairy produce, birds’ eggs; natural honey; edible products of animal origin not elsewhere specified or included
12% on edible vegetables and certain roots and tubers
18% on products of the milling industry; malt; starches; inulin; wheat gluten

But no doubt people will say it’s fake news

Almost entirely "old white people" you said. Are we defining everyone over the age of thirty "old" or something? You even linked a video where two of the three people in the video were in their 30s or 40s. Scapping the barrel there, aren't you?

At least you got the "white" bit right. So I guess by your "logic" that if they were all "old white people" then that disproves the idea that old people overwelmingly voted Leave then your clips there mean that white people overwelmingly voted Remain, or would do in a second referendum. Which is great for me because according to your "logic" the public has changed its mind, and so clearly there's a need for a second referendum.

30's my arse

50's at least.

And I've said for a long time i'd be happy to have another referendum, its not me you have to convince.

Though I suspect you will no longer need one now May has essentially declared her intent to stay in regardless.

Because it is.

I've been looking to support your claim that there's a 15% tariff on "live animals" from Nigeria. Not only is that not how the tariffs are applied, everytime i pick a live animal type to see what the tariff is it's not at or above 15%.

Look for yourself
http://madb.europa.eu/madb/euTariffs.ht ... country=NG" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Select "Nigeria", then click "Find my product code" and see if you can find any "live animals" that have tariffs at 15%

What i'm sure has happened is you've copied and pasted this bullshit from brexitcentral.com, or whomever you've got it from has, and you've uncritically swallowed it like you swallowed everything Farage, Johnson and Gove fed you two years ago. And like you'll continue to swallow long after this thread has been deleted.

And what else i'm sure has happened is that brexitcentral, or someone dishonest who writes for them, has scoured the list of live animals that receive a tariff, found the highest tariff, and decided to spread the bullshit that every type of live animal has that exact tariff. And i've no doubt they did that to "meat and edible meat offal" and everything else on that list, because that's how these liars work. Similar to how they saw the top figure of £350/week and ignored everything else they knew. Purely to deceive the uncritical masses, like you.

I didn;t make a post to whinge about it though did I? I had about 30 days to do that as thats how long they've been going on about that balloon. I made this thread to talk about the balloon wars, which seemingly nobody else is interested in and its just become a generic Trump/Brexit thread.

So you’re not whinging about it in those post then?

You’re ‘triggered’ every time someone from the left blows their nose, so it’s no big surprise.

Ah, so you thinking something is a dumb idea isn’t being triggered, but someone thinking something Trump has done is a dumb idea is.

I get it now.
