So my thoughts on replacements
Monk - No, seems his teams start going downhill in the second half of the season
Moyes - No, does not seem to somehow understand the problems and be able to fix them
Hodgson - God just a simple No
Alexander - Has not showed he is ready for the step up yet
Jokanovic - Yes from me, Fulhams style of play is attacking but would need a good defensive coach, as that side of their game slightly let them down
Staam - Yes thought he did well with Reading don't know how much they spent on players but they did well this season
Rodgers - God No, he would expect £100,000,000 to spend and when we were relegated say the board didn't back him, he also thinks the Scottish Premier League is competitive

Pearson - File under P....
O'Neil - would be an ok shout but I do not think he is interested in League football now, to much grief and he has more time with his family as his wife has or had cancer
Coleman - To me same as O'Neil is happy doing what he is doing with Wales, job for life nearly.
Strangely enough SD would be a seriously hard person to replace given what he has achieved, especially with the fact so many are not keen on his style of football, I do believe that given time that could be changed as long as he brings in the correct type of players with the correct attitude.
