The new owners haven't changed the long standing away ticket facility for Foundation members. It's always been a perk/incentive of being a member.

I know, they've just brought in a similar, but bigger facility, that everyone is now moaning about

I don't think there was a really high demand last season. It sold out but it wasn't that quick. The season before it sold out in about 20 minutes.

Then a load of tickets became available on the day.

Didn’t realise you had to re-add friends and family. Just added my son to my account and it has worked.

Try this -

To add friends and family

1 click the icon to right
2 select view account menu
3 select account management
4 select network
5 select add members
6 key in Clarets Number and surname of the one you want to add
7 select search
8 then add the member once it appears

Thanks Pete - tried this but when I put bens clarets number in and surname it just says can’t find him…..I’ll try again tomorrow and appreciate the info….

Where does it tell you how many points you now have after the changes?

On sale to 2000 points now. Can't select seat or not that i can see so will be sit anywhere as previous seasons.

I’m trying to buy two but it won’t let me assign a friend and family to my second ticket!

Yep, can’t assign any tickets to F&F. I mean it’s not crowdstrike levels of incompetence , but you think they’d get this right with months to test it.

On the new ticketing facility, how do i find my friends and family links? I cannot see any option to select these.

Same here. All F&F loaded up on to the system, we all have over 2000 points but it won't let me assign any tickets to them- I just get a error message that says "none of the clients have the credentials"

Trip to the ticket office it is then . Thankfully I live 5 minutes away. Not great this.

Absolute **** show, no surprise though. We have had to buy our 4 individually. Fortunately it is sit where you want at Luton.

How do you get more than one if you can't allocate to F&F and you can only buy one on your own?

thats a good point, there was no option to choose collect or post, and the confirmation email isnt clear at all.

no charge on mine and no option for delivery or collect.

I've just been in and tested it by allocating three more tickets and allocating them to others in f&f - it does all seem to be working

That’s the problem with common sense, it’s not very common.

Had to go to the Ticket Office to order 4…. Who knows if I’ll get them or not, will have to see when it comes to collection day on the 5th

Let me get this right is the foundation the lottery thing at £101 for the year and this gets you priority away games in the platinum period?
