He was very unhappy about the “yo-yo-ing” or rollercoaster as he put it - surely that’s an essential stepping stone to more consistency as squads get used to what it takes to stay in the division?

'biggest achievement in management'
Without a doubt. After the woeful start and rumours abounding of unrest off the pitch I realistically didn't see us surviving this one and said at the time that if the manager could keep us in this league it would surpass anything he had achieved previously. A fantastic effort.
