Looks a decent addition. Will have a job to start at the moment though. Taylor and THB have been excellent.

Not sure about so many loan signings tbh. Forest had to basically build a new team this summer after losing their loan players.

Wasn’t there some suggestion that there’s an option to buy, on this one?

Not to forget we were absolutely skint at the start of this window, the work that's been done is outstanding.

Yes Andy Jones believes there is, if promoted

Well I'm not surprised we've signed a right back tbh for all the comments I;ve made about the right side issues or otherwise, which I won't repeat again..

And the video is very good...!

5 from 16 is not a patch on Blackpools loanees.

He's came through the German youth system, and has caps for their youth teams, so that suggests he's a decent capture.

Another one that fits the mould of a Kompany signing, 22 and with the potential to improve.

I understand why some posters are wary of taking on so many loan signings, but if it ultimately helps us gain promotion, then it will have been worth it.

Right footed for anyone interested. If I was being picky I’d prefer a left footer for balance. Looks a decent signing though.

Our current right back is very good anyway

Yeah I suppose I'm nitpicking a bit. Our squad looks much stronger than I expected/feared at one stage.

Thank goodness for someone 6 foot. That's not a sarcastic comment. It's to deal with a very clear risk.

Never known a window like it and I don't think we've gone into a final day expecting too much since January 2017 when we thought we were signing Andrew Robertson, Ashley Westwood and Robbie Brady.

Suggestions of a midfielder earlier today but I suspect that's it for incomings with just one potentially to go out.

Good news, sounds promising.

Some needs to give their head a wobble though, removing all reference to the announcement video.

Yes indeed - all 3 of them: Roberts, Vitinho and Lowton, (with CJ as back-up too).

What's the maximum of loan signings you're allowed in a matchday squad?

The problem we have now, with 7 subs allowed on bench, is who misses out each week from the squad?

I say problem, I am sure VK would rather have that decision to make rather than filling the bench with youth players and goalkeepers.

Really poor that. All I did was write announcement video and the link so people could see it without having to search through Twitter or for those who don’t have Twitter to be able to see it :(

And did you see why it was all removed? How much abuse do you think I should put up with?

Tony you brought some of that on yourself this afternoon with your bizarre comments. I don’t condone abuse at all but you can’t give it out and run this place like a dictator and not expect some people to comment and get annoyed.

Yes , it is harder to recruit in the PL but if we become a yo yo club it wouldn't bother me.
Unless the current structure of the PL changes I cannot envisage another long period in it

Kompany basically said we are bringing loans in to fill gaps that we cannot afford to fill with permanent signings

It doesn’t bother me in the slightest if they are bought or loan signings: as soon as they pull that claret and blue shirt over their heads they are Burnley players, nothing else matters.
