Good move.
If he does well it may prevent our being bent over for crazy transfer fees for Beyer or THB.

Young in footballing terms , one for the future or should we expect him to be challenging for a first team place now?

Just how well do these lads speak English?
I'd never heard of Ahmeed before but if he's good enough for Vincent he's good enough for me.

Going off his Clarets+ interview, Al-Dakhil speaks better English than a lot of locals I know

When I read the news I hadn’t heard of his club but they lie currently ninth in the Belgian first division, shortened to STVV. If VKs other signing are a yardstick he should be good, maybe replacing HB for the time being. Here’s hoping.

So he's come in to replace Kevin Long then.

For the price we've paid for him he must be a talent, he's the joint highest transfer under Kompany

With the injury to THB we did need to strengthen in central defence, and this lad ticks our profile 20 and with potential to improve under Kompany's coaching, he's also over 6 foot which might please some on here bemoaning our lack of height.
I sense it may not be the last time we raid the Belgian leagues, that does appear to be our new shopping place now.
