Couple of issues

1. It says 4 per Clarets Number but it would only allow me to buy 1
2. It says Longside Upper closed but I've bought tickets in there

Just spoken to the ticket office and they told me that the Longside Upper is open so I've changed that on the article.

I must be being a bit stupid but it keeps directing me to seat unique and only offering hospitality packages.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Go to 'Tickets' in the top left corner of the club website to purchase tickets

Sorted it - was me being stupid - why would you not put a link into your article to direct you to the ticket site rather than the hospitality one

They've clearly cocked the link up on the email though, you're right

They have now corrected the stand availability and the Longside Upper is open which they initially said wasn’t.

I've bought two and it's says something about 'digital ticket', but I've no idea where to find them. They haven't appeared in 'ticket wallet' in the app, nor have I been emailed a ticket (just an order confirmation). Are they being loaded to our season tickets? If they are, which ones - last years or are they sending out new ones?

Away fans are in the longside lower looking at their website - explains the few blocks in both the upper and lower that are not available.

Also not able to purchase my own season ticket in the area behind the directors box, the ticket office have confirmed it's being sold as hospitality for this match and the club "is a business" so its their best interest to not sell the few tickets those with season tickets up there.

Just ordered a tkt ... but cant get my own though, as NU1-2-3 not open so got NU4 just over the aisle from my seat

Hmm, my email is a bit different. The reference to mobile tickets isn't on mine (just a reference to digital tickets under the fees section lower down) and no apple wallet links.

Think I've just found the answer to my question. I just found this bit of text at the bottom of the event page (https://www.eticketing.co.uk/burnleyfc/Events)

All tickets will be issued via email and Supporters will be able to download their tickets via a link emailed to the Lead purchaser from 21 July

No links anywhere on the email, but having found that message on the website (All tickets will be issued via email and Supporters will be able to download their tickets via a link emailed to the Lead purchaser from 21 July), I guess we will get it at a later date.

The remaining puzzle is why some people have had the links embedded in the email confirmation and some haven't.

I had the same email as Incom, no links or attachments or add to wallet button.
Talking to the lady at the ticket office she confirmed the digital tickets would be sent out on 21st July and thought that the first batch today had the links but subsequent ones didn’t. Go figure… it’s ticketmaster!

I had that, it was due to having my VPN active, disconnected it and the site then let me proceed

"THIS IS NOT YOUR MATCH TICKET"
YOUR MOBILE TICKET WILL BE SENT AROUND 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT

I rang the ticket office, who suggested the message came up because the system was overloaded. I said it was not a good message to display as it suggests some kind of security breach.

The actual reason I rang was because it wouldn't let me buy three tickets. Got as far as allowing me to select the seats, but then got an error message as I tried to move them to the basket. I tried it with random triplets of seats in other parts of the stand - same result.

The ticket office were great (as usual) and sorted it, but the online system is basically garbage.

Whoever I spoke to this morning was very helpful after I'd bought three tickets online in a stand that, according to the club, wasn't even open. I was assured it was open.
