That's probably the ratio for transfers that happen that have been enquired about. If you break them early there's about 10% chance of it happening.

Just look at how many articles CT has written with transfers 99% done and he still has to bin far more than make the site.

Bristol City have been working on signing the lad from Arsenal for months and Leeds looked to have pipped them on deadline day. He can only tell you of interest.

Rumours like "Jay Rodriguez to Burnley" aren't all that hard to get right. Especially if you keep on repeating them window after window.
