I am at home for this one, so will be on the thread with us all.
Madge has had her Christmas pud and seen off her would be challengers, so is fired up and raring to go.
Let's join her in cheering the lads to victory.
Come on you Clarets

Afternoon fellow Clarets, hope you are recovered from yesterdays festivities.
Decent line-up today, good bench. Interchangeable wingers? JBG for the last half-hour?

Not confident without the Barnes-Wood lineup at all.

Barnes injured ?
Barnes on 4 cards currently if he got one today he misses Utd on Saturday...
Its cut off day today (match 19) so all on 4 cards have a reprieve to 10 cards before suspension.
Good move by Dychey I reckon ... lets hope Tarks xan avoid a Yellow now

I'm taking this as a hit and good point regarding Barnes and the yellow. The Villa game is much more important.

Good result for us at Spurs. Brighton are much improved tho and can’t see them being in the relegation battle

Would have liked to see dyche give drinky a chance in a midfield five with jay on the right, don't see Brady working in a 442 especially away from home when he will have a lot of chasing back to do .

Afternoon all from a mild but the odd bit of rain here in Galway .
Have to keep Everton quite for the first 20 mins if we are to have a chance in this one .

There’s a stat I don't like .
Everton’s new manager has never lost his first game in charge of any club.

Sensible move to rest Barnes on 4. Surprised (a little) that Vydra not there, in case we need a change. On his way for sure.
Risk him for last 20 if needed.

I want us to put in a decent performance and for Jay to show why he can start a game and not just be sometimes an impact sub.

Not sure how they managed to get an Everton fan as the referee.
Seems a tad harsh on us.
