Can’t rate from TV but apart from possible foul on Cork leading to their goal a pretty much faultless performance

Referee Taylor made several incorrect decisions, fell for Maddison's and Barnes' theatrical falling overs when never touched, likewise Schmeichel in the 1st half, yet let Cork foul go in the build up to their goal.
Did we really commit 14 fouls?

Dreadful, absolutely dreadful. But that is standard fayre for the incompetent idiot. I still maintain hes the worst ref currently plying his trade in the PL by some distance
He seems to make it up as he goes along

Abysmal. And that’s without many controversies.
The amount of times Soyuncu wrestler and climbed on wood was hilarious.

Gross incompetence. Fell for their theatrics, didn’t give us a free kick for a blatant foul on Cork in the build up to their goal and then seemed to be playing till they equalised at the end! Only three minutes injury time and he somehow manages to pull another two minutes out of his arse from nowhere! Still yet to see this clown have a decent game this season. Awful referee.

He seemed to look for things that simply weren't there if it favoured Leicester. Foul on Schmeichel? Foul by Wood 1st half when he cleanly won a header? Cork and Bardsley not booked when in any other game they are stone wall yellows. Allows their centre half pairing to manhandle our front two without reproach, yet the merest fart strength gust near a Leicester player results in a free kick. Bardsley accidentally catches Morrison on the boot, not even a free kick in any other game, yet this idiot awards a dangerous free kick.
Dont even get me started on him allowing that last corner to be taken with approaching 96 minutes on the clock when a few games ago he couldn't wait to blow up for half time to prevent a Burnley corner.
I could go on after I've watched todays game back.
As for one poster saying he was pretty much faultless, my advise would be to have their chair actually facing their tv for the next game

As pointed out above; buying Maddison's shocking cheating, giving freekicks he's, literally, making up. Just an awful, awful referee.

I watched this on TV so I think that means I can't rate the ref but I thought he was excellent.
He dealt with things well - the wild tackle by Cork early on where some would give a yellow card for example. Yes some of the free kicks given to Maddison and Barnes - and Hendrick and Taylor for that matter - were not free kicks. They should have had a second penalty.
But overall it was a really enjoyable game to watch - it flowed nicely and the ref only interfered when he needed too. To me that was almost a model refereeing performance.

He played the right amount of additional time
After 1 extra minute Bardsley had a minutes worth of treatment and we made a substitution.
The final whistle was blown at 90+4
Agree with everything else though

He hasn't got the first idea what is a free kick and what isn't. Usually he just gives everything when the player goes to ground. This time he tried giving some of them and not others, and it just showed why he normally gives everything. When he tries to make judgement he just proves how he has no idea at all.

No, he wasn't ok. I'm truly not at this time Cork's biggest fan these days, but that was a clear foul leading to their goal and replays agree with me! AND he waved play on when we allegedly had advantage after a foul on Wood, but we clearly had absolutely NO advantage as the guy we might have crossed it to was lying on the floor! Plus he fell for every single cheap (diving ) free kick which Leicester "bought". He's pants tbh. No worries we have Moss on Wednesday, so all will be fine!!

Deadful ,every Leicester dive was given as a free kick to them. The tackle behind on Jack was ignored as Barnes picked up the loose ball to score
Another incompetent ref who seem to specialise in poor performances against Burnley

Unfortunately, Taylor is typical of the dreadful referees plying their trade in the Premier League.

We reckon that:
a) we were very lucky that there was only 3 minutes added time, bearing in mind the VAR penalty, 2 other goals, substitutions, and minor incidents of time-wasting. [We were debating 4 or 5 till the board went up]
b) (without actually watching a replay and checking) we played less than 3 added minutes actual time bearing in mind the amount of time Bardsley was down for treatment and the substitution

I am stunned that we won a game with him in the middle. He refs us as if all the Longside have had a fun session with his Mrs.
After watching the Cork tackle several times I still haven't seen Praet touch the ball, he just slides through the back of Corks legs. Why didn’t it go to VAR?

This wasn't a difficult game to referee as there were no nasty fouls or events. However the ref seemed hell bent on making it as easy as possible for Leicester to win IMHO.
