I had the same problem with Spamhausen at the start of lockdown. From working at home, I send many e-mails, and sending so many in bulk at home on my IP address I was blocked from sending e-mails. Luckily I could remote desktop into my computer at work to send e-mails whilst I, well I say I, I mean some of the ITs guys at work contact them on my behalf to unblock my IP address.
