Just a thread for those who are going to watch the game, and for those who won't be watching but would be interested in letting the rest of us know that you won't be tuning in as they no longer follow England
Looks like it'll be 3 at the back with 2 holding midfielders.

Will all depend on how the cricket is going for me to be honest. Last Saturday I wish I'd done some painting, I could then have watched it dry rather than taking in the game in Iceland.

It's either the England game or clawing my eyes out with a toothpick for me tonight.
Toothpicks at the ready.

All sources I've seen so far predicts Pickford will keep his place, but differing predictions on formations. 3 at the back in a 3-4-3 or 4-3-3.

A sad state of affairs really, England were abysmal v Iceland and the antics of Walker, Foden and Greenwood don’t endear. Southgate should have come down on ‘em like a ton of bricks but is too soft. Cricket watching a better bet.

I won't be watching the footy or the cricket, but that's only because I don't have Sky, predictions 1-1 in Denmark, England win at Southampton.

What are the midfielders holding Frank... Danish pastries (aka Tarts

ala Mason Greenwod and Phil Foden in Iceland)

Is Michael Keane fit?
I’ve seen a press line-up for 3 at the back with T A-A, Coady & Tripps.
Are Denmark seriously crap?

I wonder whether Southgate has had a word with Sean.
Gareth: 'Sean, who would you play in a meaningless cup competition?'
Sean: 'Well what I do in the League Cup is play a sprinkling of first teamers and then we stick a pin in the squad list and tell 'em right lads you're playing'...'it doesn't matter what position they play. It's never failed us so far'
Gareth: 'Great! I'll put Pickford in goal, Trippier at left back and Rice in midfield with Dier'
Sean: 'That'll do it. Sticking the pins in from the start!'

Ok say it's actually 3-4-3.
Pickford
Coady Gomez Dier
TAA Rice Phillips Trippier
Sancho Kane Sterling
Looks a bit more attacking with TAA and Trippier whipping balls in.

The England squad announcement largely passed me by. Who were the left backs chosen?
Is there an injury crisis? Surely Trippier can't be the best option in that position!

That team selection totally beggars belief. There is no logic to it whatsoever. It is almost as if he is deliberately trying to get sacked.

Decided to watch the cricket and the footy, so I'm sat in front of my PC with Hesgoal showing both games.
Struggling in the cricket. Pretty low score.
C'mon Denmark, put Pickford under pressure.
