He was trying to pull him away from McNeil
He left his leg there so Xhaka would fall over.

There is a reason why we won today.
Ian and Madge.
No excuses - it's as simple as that. I vote he carries on for the rest of the season.
Legends!

Xhacka's record speaks for itself. He may or may not be a decent player, I don't know because I don't watch him every week, but I strongly suspect he's been promoted above his pay grade because his disciplinary record is awful. Him not only blatantly fouling Dwight, but then getting sucked into the "afters" sums up the state of the Gooners right now.

Massive massive win, we're back!
That Xhaka sending off has a feeling of Pope’s Vardy save at the Turf. Could be a huge turning point in the season.

Why wasn't Elneny sent off and/or a Penalty awarded
Wasn’t a penalty as the ball wasn’t in play
Should have been a red though

I'm joining you with a couple of glasses of wine.
Only a couple?
Only saying yesterday to a fellow Claret how we would just love to beat these after all the bad refereeing decisions we have suffered against them resulting in narrow defeats.

I was tempted to put a tenner on Burnley to win tonight, but the odds of 6-1 seemed too tight and I'd have had a heart attack in the last 5 minutes if I'd had a bet on it, so glad I didn't.
With a fair wind, we'll win our next 6 games looking at the fixtures......................................................

Think he has a soft spot for Burnley
I don't think Souness has a soft spot, full stop. Real Mr. Nasty, but still glad of the compliment .

Even Ian Wright said well done Burnley.. Burnley did what they do well they kept the pressure on.. That' high praise for someone who usually distances himself from ever having a Burnley connection.

The time you really don't want somebody to come out with that crap.
Arsenal are a good team, but we know how to press well, keep our shape, carve open opportunities and are very good with set pieces.
Just to give a balance!
Crap or realistic? Arsenal aren’t a good team!
