That's the idea. All seats in a new CFS would use the rail seating which can be used to convert to standing if the authorities allow, although this is unlikely in the next decade or so.

Advice to Pace, learn from Leicester how to build relationships with supporters. Pre-Cardiff all we heard was "we don't need scarfs bla bla bla" - atmosphere was incredible that day, better than anything in the PL for quite a while - and that was down to generating that community spirit
