Following promotion being confirmed today, Hull City have posted on social media:
"𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Hull City can confirm that it has formally begun the procedures to withdraw from Sky Bet League One and join 23 clubs in a new competition, the Sky Bet Championship."

I remember the great game v Hull when they were winning with Nick Barmby as player manager and Jay stepped up and demolished them for a memorable away win at Hull.
I was also at the old ground when we got thrashed by Brian Marwood and a riot started after the game with sets and bricks being launched. Mixed memories of Hull .Maybe they will play us in the Prem 2022-23 season

Woodley, was that game with the big trouble the 83/84 season under John Bond.?1st game if the season as I remember. Thrashed 4 1. Maybe not, Billy Whitehurst scored for them.
