Interactive FA Cup/League Cup 2016/17

Post by MDWat » Thu Jan 21, 2016 6:32 pm

Hi everyone,

There is a poll attached to register your interest in an Interactive FA Cup and an Interactive League Cup for next season.

Voting on the poll does NOT confirm your participation but is simply to ascertain whether we should run this next season or not.

Cheers,
MD.

Also, if you have any suggestions for the Interactive Cups or other potential ideas, post them in here and we'll see what we can do.

I think in 2017/18 you will have to start an Interactive Champions League when we qualify next season :D

The majority have voted for both to take place, petemac. I'm pretty confident that the Interactive FA Cup will take place.

I'm happy to run a league depending on which league we are in, if people wanted.

I usually miss out as I dont see the thread until it's too late. Is there a way we could do it differently than first come first serve? I accept that it's tried and tested so understand if it would just complicate things.

Foshiznik - plenty of time for us to have a think. If we go on the poll, only 39 are interested so everyone should get a place...

We enter all the messageboard users into a draw. There are the same number of messageboard users as there are teams in the first round.

You are drawn against each other to predict the result (in 90 minutes) of the tie in the cup. Whoever gets the most points wins. You also predict the number of yellow cards in the round and in the event of a tie, this is used to determine the winner.
