Good start to the half we're at least making Alisson work.

But even watching on TV, those 3500 make the game a whole lot better; those who've got tickets sound to be working just as hard to entertain us as the players are, thanks folks.

What a disappointment for retuning fans.
I hope pope keeps the number 1 spot at whatever club he's going to and we get a proper number 1 because both our backup keepers are shite

Carragher saying Mee not tight enough to Phillips but we defend zonal in them situations.
JBG should have been closer to stop the cross.

Great play from Mane. If only we could get players to the byline putting it good balls like that. On a plate for Phillips.

I suspect it will ultimately be a routine 3 or 4 nil win for Liverpool in the end. They’ve far more quality than us.I enjoyed the first 30 minutes though.

Bizarre game we've contained them for long spells, but they've scored with their only 2 efforts on target, similar to Saturday and Leeds who were equally as clinical.

Wood has certainly missed him, especially when he and to go wide looking for support and there was no teammate anywhere nearNewcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 9:31 pmVydra has got to get on soon. Missing his pace tonight

Re: mighty Clarets v Liverpool
First time in a while I couldn’t tell you our best starting eleven. However I do think Vydra and Wood have to be first names on the team sheet and build from there. Been the one big positive this season.

With lLverpool playing reserve centrebacks I would love to see SD give Richardson a bit of game time.

Wasn't offside and was a high boot by Williams on Wood.

Re: mighty Clarets v Liverpool
When you say not much evidence lately what do you mean? Pope has been impressive all season again. Your not judging keepers or more importantly the coaching staff off one or two games are you?!boatshed bill wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 9:27 pmFunny isn't it?
