It is likely to be from Academy to development squad or Development squad to U23's I would suggest the former

Re: VACANCY: Transition Goalkeeping Coach
Maybe Mr Pace has lost confidence in Billy Mercer and after watching BFH and Norris when Pope was injured you cant really blame him
Re: VACANCY: Transition Goalkeeping Coach
And that would be our no. 2 / International keeper and our 3rd choice? Boring!Devils_Advocate wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 7:13 pmMaybe Mr Pace has lost confidence in Billy Mercer and after watching BFH and Norris when Pope was injured you cant really blame him

Re: VACANCY: Transition Goalkeeping Coach
Ah right. All I could think of was transitions in phases of play and surely you don't need a specific goalkeeping coach for that.Chester Perry wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 7:08 pmIt is likely to be from Academy to development squad or Development squad to U23's I would suggest the former

I am sure the game is not far from having a specialist in that area, if it doesn't alreadyTheFamilyCat wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 7:44 pmAh right. All I could think of was transitions in phases of play and surely you don't need a specific goalkeeping coach for that.

Re: VACANCY: Transition Goalkeeping Coach
there is plenty of discussion about throw ins and specialist coaching on this thread - viewtopic.php?f=2&t=46754 - it has the potential to be as useful a resource as the MMT is for finances if people show the interest and make the appropriate contributionsWoodleyclaret wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 4:59 amRe throw ins ,Ryan Cooney has an excellent technique which he can be encouraged to share with his team mates. We are pxxx poor at throw ins at present.
