At least they have us down as staying up and not too much to argue about I don't think.

Yes a pretty realistic appraisal for a change.

Pleasing to actually get a well researched article on BFC, and it's hard to argue with any of that.

However despite our well documented issues, they still have faith that we'll survive, and a few posters on here could learn a thing or two from them.

Have some faith in SD and our squad and stop being so defeatist.

A fair and reasoned assessment, it’s where we are, goals will be scarce and Wood needs a goalscoring assistant.

'...Failing to properly replace Jeff Hendrick and Aaron Lennon would scarcely be an issue elsewhere; it was at Turf Moor...'

they're obviously not aware of our latest trialist! ;)

Jolly is very good so this is a well thought out read. The classic Jolly Gem stat is the one about Jay being top scorer at Craven Cottage this year. Quite brilliant.

He has hit the nail on the head with the stat about Pope, Tarky or Mee missing. That is why those two signings are huge - they limit any damage which last season killed our campaign before it could really start. OK, they are not starters yet, but they could be more important.

I would also predict 15th, with that going higher if we make any more good signings.

I think the whole article was very realistic. If we get a couple of injuries to major players, we'll really struggle. Otherwise, I would take 15th at this point, given the lack of incoming.

Fair read that. Just misses out mentioning us being the first team to take a point at anfield in however long it was in the recent milestones bit
